Chalisa Uttasart is a Thai-licensed lawyer with experience in business immigration, corporate and commercial matters, legal research, legal translation, and cross-border legal work. She advises and supports international and domestic clients in navigating Thai legal and regulatory requirements, with a particular focus on providing practical and commercially minded solutions.

Her experience includes advising and supporting multinational companies and foreign nationals on business immigration and employment-related matters in Thailand. She has extensive experience managing immigration processes, coordinating with relevant government authorities, and assisting clients in navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Prior to her business immigration practice, Chalisa gained experience at a Thai law firm supporting both corporate and litigation matters. Her work included assisting with company incorporation and corporate documentation, preparing board of directors' meeting minutes in Thai and English, conducting legal research, and translating legal documents and materials between Thai and English.

Chalisa also has experience supporting cross-border legal matters, including translating Thai legal documents and materials into English for use in arbitration proceedings in Singapore. In addition to legal documents, she has translated legal and academic materials concerning Thai law, demonstrating her ability to communicate complex legal concepts accurately and effectively in both Thai and English.
